FragranceFlip is a marketplace for buyers and sellers. Users can sell and buy used fragrances all in one platform. Please buy at your own risk!
Are the perfumes fake?
It is possible that some items could be fake. We do have a set of guidelines that sellers must follow, such as uploading proof of purchase and batch numbers. Buyers are encouraged to verify any documents before purchase.
Failure to comply with listing requirements will result in your listing being removed.
How can I tell if a fragrance is legit?
- Google reverse-search the image; if it pops up elsewhere, be careful,
- Look for clear signs such as writing on both the bottle and box, atomiser, etc.
- If the price is lower than usual, it might be a fake.
- If batch numbers don’t work its possible it’s fake.
What if I receive a fake or get scammed?
Unfortunately, this is between the buyer and seller. We may step in to help and solve the case. We can’t guarantee a refund or exchange. Faulty sellers will be removed from the platform
Are sellers responsible?
Yes, they are fully responsible for selling authentic products, packaging well and ensuring customer satisfaction. Failure to comply will result in a ban.
The seller refuses to refund me
Sellers are required to provide a full refund if the item is damaged or not described as is. Failure to do so will result in a permanent ban.
