Please read all information here thoroughly before buying and selling perfumes. Failure to comply with our rules will result in a permanent ban or your listing being removed. A small commission of 5% is taken from every sale to cover transaction and website costs.

It is encouraged to report any faulty users via our email.

Guidelines For Buying

1. Buy at your own risk.
2. Verify batch codes and information by the seller.
3. If the item looks dodgy, avoid!
4. Check customer reviews.
5. Check if the writing on the fragrance and box is clear and legible.
6. Verify proof of purchase.
7. If the item is undervalued, it could be fake.
8. Pay with PayPal for safety.

Guidelines For Selling

Please follow all these rules before listing your first fragrance. Failure to do so may result in your listing being removed.

Once you have been approved to sell on our platform, you need to follow the listing requirements very carefully. We have designed a template for you which you can copy and paste onto your listing. It is mandatory to fill out this information and add it to the product description.

Images are a crucial part of our platform.

What isn’t allowed? AI images, original product images or any images that are photoshopped

What’s required?

1. Real-life images that you have taken yourself.
2. A picture of the bottle (cap on). Back and front.
3. A picture of the bottom capturing the sticker.
4. A picture of the front and back of the box (if applicable)
5. A picture of the batch number and date on the box (if applicable)
6. Proof of purchase; please edit out address and payment information (mandatory)

You are required to follow these guidelines as closely as possible; we may reach out to you if we notice a listing does not meet our requirements.

Shipping

Sellers are required to ship out items they have sold within 3 days.

• Items must be sent via any postal service
• Please ensure it is packaged safely using bubble wrap and a sturdy box.
• Please ensure the buyer gets the tracking number and any necessary information.
